Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 2025
By booking with Ultimate Sports Tours (UST), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.
- Full payment is due eight (8) weeks before departure.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
2. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each tour includes only the items listed in the official itinerary. Flights, meals, tickets, or transport not specified are not included unless otherwise stated.
2.1 Meals Provided
Meals Included:
UST will provide the following meals as part of your package:
- Daily breakfast at the accommodation
- Welcome dinner on Day 1
- Farewell nibbles
Meals Not Included:
Lunches, snacks, and beverages (other than those provided at included meals) are not covered and are the responsibility of the participant.
2.2 Transport Provided
Transport Included:
UST will provide group transport as follows:
- All scheduled transport to and from official tour events and activities
Transport Not Included:
Airport transfers, any personal transport, taxis, or travel outside of scheduled group activities are not included and are the responsibility of the participant.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than eight (8) weeks to departure may receive a refund minus admin fees.
- Cancellations within sixty eight (8) are non-refundable.
- We recommend travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
4. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue changes, rescheduling of events). We will always aim to provide an equivalent experience.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any guest who poses a risk to the group or staff, without refund.
6. Liability
We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party providers or circumstances outside our control. By participating, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical, trip cancellation, and personal liability coverage.
